The reasons for problem like yellow stains, bad breath and continuous bleeding from the gums is gingivitis which is caused by hard deposits called as calculus which cannot be removed by tooth brushing. They need to be cleaned professionally by dentist. So pls visit dentist and get teeth cleaning done and then maintain oral hygiene at home. Rinse ur mouth thoroughly with water after meal. Learn correct brushing and flossing techniques from youtube video and follow.

The natural shade of your teeth is pale. You can't change that shade. They have become more pale due to harsh over brushing, the gums have started receding. Teeth bleaching will give you white teeth temporarily but it may cause teeth sensitivity. Do ultrasonic teeth cleaning for avoiding more damage to teeth. Cleaning is recommended every 6 months

For plaque removal go for teeth cleaning followed by polishing . 3 weeks later advise teeth  home bleaching which is mild . Your yellow discoloration could be due to 1) harsh brushing ( if so shift to Colgate slim soft tooth brush , apply gentle force n limit teeth cleaning to 20 second) 2) natural colour based on ur skin complexion - (if so get teeth bleaching mild) 3)habits like smoking , caffeine , high frequency consumption of acidic juices like lemon, coke etc) then go for polishing of teeth and bleeching
Next Steps
professional teeth cleaning , polishing , wait n watch for 3-4 weeks if need more improvement go for mild teeth bleech
Health Tips
avoid harsh brushing, acidic juices , smoking

I wouldn’t recommend tooth whitening at all since you have an enamel defect.. it could be flourosis or hypoplasia. Would recommend a cycle of cleaning followed by veneers for 2 purposes- change the appearance as well as protection of your tooth. You can get in touch for details.

It is not possible to change the natural shade of the teeth. Ultrasonic cleaning may remove superficial plaque and debris but the colour won't change. Bleaching will help achieve the desired colour to some extent but the results are temporary. You can even opt for porcelain laminates which is a thin layer of material (porcelain) applied to the teeth. It'll look natural too.
Next Steps
kindly visit a dentist for the best treatment option.
Health Tips
Do not overbrush in an attempt to whiten teeth.
